After having a minimally invasive atherectomy to restore his leg circulation at the Southern Vascular Memphis clinic, Mr. Reed found that his balance and energy improved dramatically. He expresses his great gratitude to Interventional Radiologist Dr. Thomas Hodgkiss and his teams in Southaven, Mississippi, and Memphis, Tennessee, for diagnosing and treating his PAD, enabling him to walk again.
Joyce
Joyce Brittman was in so much pain when she first visited Southern Vascular and Foot Rescue (former Southern VIP). She met with John Scallions, the PAD nurse practitioner in the Southaven, Mississippi clinic, who used an ultrasound and TBI to assess her arterial blockages. NP Scallions let Joyce know that she would need a minimally invasive procedure to remove the blockages and restore circulation in her legs and feet. Dr. Thomas Hodgkiss performed an atherectomy in the Memphis office, and Joyce immediately felt circulation returning. Her feet began to feel warm. Ms. Brittman continues to visit the Southaven clinic for her follow-up appointment and reports continued relief and increased activity levels.
